Subscription FAQ

WHY SUBSCRIBE?

You are wondering if the online subscription is for you, here is some information. By choosing your delivery frequency, you are guaranteed not to run out of Lulubelle & Co gluten-free products. We are offering you 2 subscription plans: Bakery box and Sweet Box. For instance, you still have a lot of kitchen helpers, can you select another box in the list of boxes offered in the subscription section. A discount is included in the price … and delivery is free.

In addition, the subscription is non-binding, you can cancel at any time (see question CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME?)

For each delivery, we will contact you by email 3 times:

1. The first email will be sent to you 2 days before the renewal of your order to notify you. At this time, you can change boxes if you wish.

2. The second order and billing confirmation email will be sent to you on the day of your subscription renewal.

3. The third email will be sent to you when your order has been processed and shipped.

 

HOW DOES YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

The service offered by Lulubelle & Co is a subscription with automatic renewal, which means that when placing your first order, you agree to subscribe to our services in the future according to the terms you have chosen. For example, you will receive your products according to the delivery frequency you have selected and displayed in your account.

DO YOU DELIVER EVERYWHERE IN CANADA?

We ship our products across Canada. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 days and shipped via an external service provider. The delivery time depends on the shipping service.



WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

Your first subscription order will be shipped within 1-3 days of creating your subscription and will be shipped via an external provider. The delivery time depends on the shipping service. Call-ups will be made according to the delivery frequency you have selected.



ONCE I BECOME A SUBSCRIBER, CAN I CHOOSE THE BOX CONTENT?

If you subscribe to our subscription service, it is not possible to choose the contents of your box. However, we offer two different boxes, Bakery Box and Sweet Box, you can swap the two at your convenience.



CAN I CHANGE BOX?

Yes, absolutely, from your member section, you can easily switch from one box to another, among the choices available to you. Our boxes have the same price, so you will not have any additional costs. All changes to your order must be made no later than the invoice date.



CAN I ADD SOMETHING TO THE BOX?

Unfortunately it is not possible to add a product in the subscription boxes. But you can place non-subscription orders, by going to Shop and choosing the contents of your package.



ORDER AND OUT OF STOCK

At Lulubelle & Co we make sure to maintain a good level of inventory. In the event of a shortage of stock, we undertake to notify you within a reasonable time. You will be offered the options of sending the product on a later date or of replacing it.



CAN I CANCEL AT ANY TIME?

You are completely free to manage your subscription as you wish. You can decide to pause your subscription from your customer account by clicking on Pause my subscription (you can therefore reactivate it later, at the desired time without having to go through the ordering process again) or Cancel my subscription to cancel it permanently.
