Try this delicious chocolate-banana recipe; kids will go banana over it (You as well !)😉
PREPARATION (plant-based & gluten-free)
Yield: 12 muffins
Preheat oven to 340° F (170° C).
Double muffin pan with muffin cups.
In addition to the ingredients needed to make the gluten-free muffin mix (see preparation), you will need :
- 2 bananas.
- 100g of dark chocolate chips.
Make your dough following the preparation on the back of the package, add 2 bananas cut into pieces and the chocolate chips, then pour into muffin cups.
Bake about 25 minutes and let cool 10 minutes before removing pan.
