First it is delicious! When cooking gluten-free it is costly. This gluten-free pizza crust is budget friendly and worth the price if the frozen- thaw process does not compromise the taste. I only used 1/4 of the dough made from this recipe which in turn made four good sized slices. The instructions on the package recommend wrapping remaining dough in plastic and freezing. I wonder if the freeze and thaw will not affect the taste and texture?
One note-it needed to bake a little longer than the recommended 10 minutes.

Taste and texture will not be affected by thawing and we recommend thawing in the fridge
