We ship our products across all of Canada. Delivery is free for purchases over $75 in Quebec and Ontario, except for the large format range. The following postal codes are excluded from free delivery: "A0K," "A0P," "G0G," "J0M," "P0L," "P0T," "P0V," "R0B," "R0C," "S0J," "T0H," "T0P," "V0J," "V0N," "V0P," "V0R," "V0T," "V0V," "X0A," "X0B," "X0C," "X0E," "Y0B". This also excludes Nunavut, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories. Delivery fees will be displayed at the time of finalizing your order. They vary based on the weight of the order and the delivery address.
All delivery fees are subject to tax.
How long do I have to return a purchase?
You have 5 days to return a purchase. If the item was delivered over 5 days ago, unfortunately, you can not exchange it or return it.
Conditions to return a purchase
If you wish to return an item, please make sure that it is unused and in the same state as when you received it. Please return the purchase in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if all conditions have been fulfilled. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will contact you via email and advise whether a full refund is applicable.
If the refund has been approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method after several days.

You may return only items that you have purchased at a regular price or on sale. Clearance items will not be refunded.
