How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We ship our products all over Canada. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via Purolator or Canada Post. Delivery time depends on the mailing service.

We will inform you by email as your order is processed and shipped. You can also follow your order’s status via your client account on our website


How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs will be shown when you finalize your order. The price depends on the weight of your order and the delivery address.

How long do I have to return a purchase?

You have 5 days to return a purchase. If the item was delivered over 5 days ago, unfortunately, you can not exchange it or return it.


Conditions to return a purchase

If you wish to return an item, please make sure that it is unused and in the same state as when you received it. Please return the purchase in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.


Can I get a refund?

Yes, if all conditions have been fulfilled. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will contact you via email and advise whether a full refund is applicable.

If the refund has been approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method after several days.

If you have received a refund confirmation via email, but no refund on your bank account, keep checking regularly.
