This is the perfect gluten-free mix. It rises as well as regular flour with baking powder or gluten-free yeast. Some brands lead to dry results or disappointing textures, but I only got great results with Lulu Belle. Bread, cake, muffins, pitas: it doesn't matter, This flour is the only one you need. Good taste, great texture, but lighter than your regular flour. The gluten-free yeast and this flour make any bread recipe possible, WITHOUT gluten.
