Really great waffle mix. They turned out really delicious - not just "good for gluten free" but honest to goodness really good waffles. I'd say it is better than most gluten-full waffle mixes I've had.
I did use a bit less liquid than the recipe called for, as batter was seeming too thin otherwise.
