FOR THE PANCAKES

Lulubelle Waffle Mix |

eggs/ flax egg (see package for instructions) |

Lulubelle food coloring |
1. Pour mix and ingredients into a bowl.
2. Mix with a whisk until smooth. Divide equal amounts into 6 bowls.
3. Prepare food colorings in individual small bowls – adding a small amount of water to form a paste. Mix and match food colorings if necessary, to make the following colors: purple, blue, green, yellow, orange and red.
4. Add each coloring to one prepared bowl.
5. Heat non-stick pan on medium. In batches, pour colored pancake mix into pan and cook 2 minutes. Flip and cook 1-2 minutes.
A large round cookie cutter can be used to make all the pancakes the same size. Each color will make 2-3 pancakes each.
FOR THE TOPPINGS
Maple syrup
Whipped cream
Berries
1. Stack the pancakes from bottom to top in the following order: Purple, blue, green, yellow, orange and red.
2. Add maple syrup and desired toppings to taste.
