Waffles with broccoli, ham and cheese

INGREDIENTS

For 12 waffles:
250 g Lulubelle & Co waffle mix
2 whole eggs
30 ml vegetable oil
340 ml milk
100 g broccoli
100 g gorgonzola (crumbled)
100 g ham
50 g grated mozzarella
1 pinch of salt

For the sauce:
150 g sour cream
1 tablespoon chives
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1 pinch of salt

PREPARATION

For the waffles:
1. Preheat waffle maker.

2. Cut the ham into small pieces and finely chop the broccoli using a food processor.
3. In a bowl add 250 g of Lulubelle & Co waffle mix, eggs, vegetable oil and milk. Mix with a whisk.
4. Add the ham, broccoli, gorgonzola, grated mozzarella and the salt to the preparation. Mix with a whisk. 
5. Pour in the waffle maker.
6. Bake for about 4 minutes.

For the sauce:
1. Mix sour cream, chives, garlic and salt together in a bowl.

In this recipe
