Heat the syrup to a boil and place 150 g in a 4.5in x 6.5in aluminum pan.
FOR THE CAKE

Eggs or Flax meal / Chia seeds (see package for instructions) |

1. Preheat oven to 320⁰F.
2. Beat together for 5 minutes on medium speed all the ingredients.
3. Pour 250 g per mold over the syrup.
4. Cook together at 320⁰F.
5. Wait about 20 min before serving. Pairs perfectly with vanilla ice cream
